Seismic sensors
Seismic acceleration sensors are used where low-frequency vibrations with very low amplitudes have to be detected. Typical applications include the detection of building, tower or bridge vibrations or the detection of seismic signals caused by earthquakes or blasts. The typical frequency band of the seismic sensors is between 0.02 and 2,000 Hz. The high sensitivities are between 1,000 and 10,000 mV / g.
