  • 1/2 "-high temperature microphones

    Pre-polarized measuring microphones are usually used at temperatures up to 120 ° C, however, the working temperature range was limited so far by the temperature resistance of of amplifier to 60 ° C or 80 ° C.     Most 1/4 "microphone capsules from PCB are combined with the ICP® Preamplifier PCB-426B03.

  • Array microphones

  • ICP® surface microphone

    ICP® surface microphones are used for surface pressure and noise measurements. They are suitable in particular for aerodynamics applications.

  • Pressure sensors for acoustic measurements

    Highly sensitive piezoelectric pressure sensors are ideal for measuring the smallest dynamic pressure changes in gases and liquids - a typical application is turbulence measurement in wind tunnels. The high resolution (up to 0.014 kPa) allows the detection of even the smallest pressure fluctuations in the medium. Models with ICP® technology and charge output are available.

  • Calibration equipment

    The sound calibrators LD-CAL200 and LD-CAL250 enable on-site rapid functional testing of a microphone and the subsequent measuring chain. The reference signal is a sine wave of known frequency and amplitude.

  • Condenser microphones with 48 V phantom power

    PCB Piezotronics Inc. has been known for many years as a manufacturer of high-precision measuring microphones in accordance with industry standard IEC 61094-4. The use of such high-quality microphones for professional audio productions is therefore a logical consequence. PCB Piezotronics has developed a phantom-powered model 426A14 preamplifier designed to accept pre-polarized 1/4 "and 1/2" diameter microphone capsules.

    The unique, convertible design of the Model 426A14 allows the selection of any pre-polarized microphone capsule to the industry standard IEC 61094-4 and thus meets a variety of requirements in the audio studio technology.
