  • Miniature acceleration sensors

    Accelerometers with ceramic sensor elements are characterized by excellent resolution and high charge efficiency. These properties make it possible to realize even small sensor designs. Triaxial miniature acceleration transducers (mass from 1 gram and up) are used for measurements on small and light structures, where the vibration behavior must not be falsified by additionally applied large transducer masses. With triaxial miniature transducers, frequencies of up to 10 kHz can be measured.

  • Piezoresistive high shock sensors

    The 350x MEMS shock sensors represent the latest technology in the development of accelerometers. Their main features are the small size and the high output signal. These sensors can be used both for static measurements and for the detection of extremely short-term, steep-edge shock signals up to 60'000 g.

  • ICP® shock acceleration sensors

    Triaxial ICP® shock sensors can not be designed for measurement ranges as large as uniaxial variants. The models shown here can cover a number of shock applications. If larger measuring and overload ranges are required for three measuring axes, the use of piezoresistive high-speed sensors is recommended.

  • Can be used universally

     

    The acceleration sensors presented here are versatile and cover a variety of applications. Due to the shear design, these sensors are characterized by good long-term stability. The integrated ICP® amplifier guarantees a clean transmission of the measurement signal, even with long test leads.

     

  • Modal analysis

    These low-cost shear accelerometers with sensitivities of 100, 500 and 1,000 mV / g are ideally suited for multi-channel measurements in structural investigations. For this reason, all models are optionally available with TEDS memory chip.
    The cube shape, the overload protection of 5,000 g and the mounting accessories facilitate handling.

  • ICP® high-temperature accelerometer sensors

    The accelerometers listed here are designed for use at temperatures up to 163 ° C and are therefore suitable for use in climatic chambers or for measurements on motors. The integrated ICP® preamplifier allows the connection of these sensors to the usual measuring systems and analyzers.

  • Built-in low-pass filter

    Conventional piezoelectric sensors with integrated ICP® preamplifier can be driven into the overdrive by excitation in the range of the resonance frequency. For example, this can lead to signal misfires when taking measurements on motors or in structural investigations. The sensors presented here have a low-pass filter upstream of the amplifier to prevent overmodulation.

  • Charge output

    Charge output accelerometers are mainly used at high ambient temperatures (up to 254 ° C). In order to effectively prevent crosstalk of the measuring axes, triaxial charge sensors each have one connection socket per channel.

  • Low outgassing

    Vibration measurements in a vacuum are fundamentally unproblematic - assuming correct sensor selection! Crucial for the applicability of a sensor under vacuum conditions are two criteria: hermetic tightness of the sensor housing and the absence of strong outgassing components on sensor and cable.

  • Capacitive accelerometer sensors

    Capacitive-based acceleration sensors measure linear accelerations and low-frequency dynamic accelerations. The measurement of low or low frequency accelerations is z.   • With through hole
