  • Measuring washers (static)

    The force sensors of the series 0542xx-01xxx have been specially designed for measuring the clamping and clamping forces on screw connections.   • Power measurement

    Impact force sensors are especially suitable for industrial applications. They are used for measurements on impact plates or on punches, presses and similar machines. The exchangeable, slightly curved impact cap ensures even force transmission.

    Piezoelectric ring force transducers are able to measure dynamic and quasistatic pressure and impact forces (with suitable pretension also tensile forces) with rise times smaller than 10 μs.     Universally applicable piezoelectric force sensors measure dynamic and quasistatic tensile, compressive and impact forces with rise times of less than 10 μs. In addition to models with ICP® technology, the model PCB-218C also offers an alternative with charge output.

  • Charge output

    Although sensors with ICP® technology can often be used more conveniently, charge output sensors continue to be used when high-temperature operation is required or existing signal conditioning hardware is to continue to be used. Therefore, the product range of PCB Piezotronics includes a wide range of sensors with charge output.

  • Triaxial force sensor

    3-component force sensors measure tensile and compressive forces in three spatial coordinates if installed properly. Typical applications include measurements under baffles, on motor bearings or on machine bearings to determine the forces acting on the ground. Models with ICP® technology and with charge output are available.

  • Triaxial force measuring elements

    The sensors of the PCB-261 series are ready-to-use force measuring elements with measuring ranges between 0.045 and 222 kN. At the same time they measure the dynamic and quasistatic forces in three orthogonal axes. The sensors are already preloaded and therefore quick and easy to assemble. They are available with integrated ICP® preamp or charge output.

  • Strain sensors

    Piezoelectric strain sensors measure dynamic and quasistatic stresses on machines. Either glued on or mounted on the surface of a machine or structure by means of a mounting screw, the sensors measure minute strains. On the examinee itself, no changes must be made. Due to the internal ICP® amplifier, the operation of these sensors is possible on all standard supply units.
